An update from Australia Post on changes to delivery process due to the increasing impact of coronavirus:

Australia Post have implemented additional measures with their delivery drivers, posties and Post Office staff for delivery or collection of parcels due to the increasing impact of coronavirus. To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading coronavirus, all parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery and/or collection.

In all cases, whether a driver or postie delivers to the door or a customer goes in to their local Post Office to collect a parcel, a staff member will ask and record the customer’s name and sign on their behalf. The customer will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by either leaving the parcel at the door until the driver or postie has left the premises or left for the customer to pick up on the counter.

Free Shipping Within Australia offers free standard shipping on all orders of AUD$100 or more within Australia. For orders below $100, a shipping fee of AUD$10 applies. All orders are shipped by either StarTrack or Australia Post.

Do I Need To Sign For My Parcel?

StarTrack have Authority To Leave, therefore if no one is present to accept, the delivery the driver will leave your parcel in a secure location at the delivery address. The driver will use their discretion to determine if the address is a secure location. In any case the delivery driver finds the location unsafe, the parcel will be dropped at your local post office for collection.

How Do I Track My Order?

When we have dispatched your order, you will receive a shipping notification email with a link to the relevant partner carrier's website to track your order's progress.

Shipping To New Zealand

For all New Zealand orders, delivery of AUD$14.95 applies. New Zealand orders are delivered by Mainfreight or other independent courier companies. Please ignore the tracking information in your shipment email. Your tracking details will be emailed to you separately. New Zealand orders are collected from our Warehouse in Australia on Tuesdays and Fridays. ships to Australia and New Zealand only.
